Chinese Calligraphy Workshop
We are pleased to extend a warm invitation to join us for an online Chinese Calligraphy Workshop, , organized by the uPals Mental Health Promotion Team of The Chinese University of Hong Kong in collaboration with the Student Health and Counselling Centre.
We are excited to have Jenny Leung, a mentor from LITTLEFLOWERINTHESUN, leading an online session where you can unleash your creativity by painting your favorite flowers onto calligraphy, creating personalized flower calligraphy that lets your imagination bloom freely.
In daily life, we often use flowers to express emotions and wishes. Jenny will integrate the language of flowers to share the joy of painting flower characters and teach us techniques. Flower calligraphy, a variation of [Little Flower Style], combines Jenny's beloved linear floral creations. Using lines to sketch the forms of flowers and plants, combined with the calligraphy of Chinese characters, we will create flower calligraphy that is both floral and pictorial. Not only can you experience the wonders of art, but you can also find solace for the mind and body through creation.
